Fit-Co is my second home. I started lifting when I was 13 to enhance my football performance. Kim, the owner, has given me a ton of Fitness knowledge to improve my game and it has paid off. I hope to play Pro Football in the future and have already been offered a variety of different scholarships across Canada and the United States.
